What we do
SmoothSigns is a workflow and automation agency for sign companies across the US. We don't make signs, and we don't sell digital signage.
We connect the tools a shop already uses, take repeat data entry off the staff, write the work down as simple SOPs, and measure the time you get back. You keep your shop software. We start with what you have and connect it.
How we work
We start with a short discovery call, then a technical call in plain language. After that comes the Shop Workflow Pilot: a one-shop pilot with baseline metrics, one working fix in your current tools, and a before and after report. We run pilots one shop at a time.
Pricing isn't published yet. It's set on the technical call, once we know your shop and your tools.
Work we've done
Our integration work for Welch Sign and Bailey Sign saved 10 to 15 hours a week of admin data entry. Client reviews of our earlier work for Welch Sign (now NorthMark Sign) include a custom integration between ShopVox and Wrike, API automations and an AI integration for design.
